I am hugely passionate about biomass, biomass boilers and the environment. When I worked as a tree surgeon having seen the amount of waste wood that was not been utilised in Cumbria. I approached the Herz brand and within 6 months I had sold my first Biomass boiler and become W Barden Biomass Ltd. I am now the CEO of Barden Energy . The business gained 4 new shareholders in 2012 when we moved to Fleet Farm and changed names.My role has developed with the needs of the business over the years, and I combine my knowledge of the industry, wood fuel and the Renewable Heat Incentive with my sales experience. I guide the sales team in developing best practice and looking for target industries.
