Hi, I’m Hagyeong Kim, Founder of ZD Ventures and living HIPHOP.I started my first business at 22 and decided to take a break from school to dive fully into entrepreneurship. It’s been almost 5 years, and I didn't get back to school since today.Currently, I’m building ZD Ventures, the youngest early-stage VC in Korea, founded by a team of 5 entrepreneurs who all are under age 30. We invest in young founders and aim to create a close-knit community—a kind of “startup mafia” where, in 10 or 20 years, we’ll have shaped the future of the Korean startup scene.I’m lucky to be surrounded by an incredible group of fellow founders who feel more like family—brothers, sisters, and close friends.I also lead FOUNDERS, a community of young entrepreneurs from top 5 universities in Korea. We come together to build genuine connections, create synergy, and support each other through the ups and downs of startup life.
