As the Customer Support Specialist, I help customers with inquiries, purchases, warranties, and range support. I provide instruction and walk customers through training materials to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. I research and evaluate new products for the store inventory and track special and warranty orders.

As a Freelance Consultant, I help companies and business leaders realize their potential through personal coaching, leadership development, strategic planning, needs analysis and critical problem solving. Examples include: attrition, team cohesion, marketing, social media presence, website building, business operations, leadership structure, and customer service crisis management.

Design and build mountain bike trails from public use networks to private backyards. Coordinate trail building team, delegating tasks, coordinating volunteer maintenance projects. Worked with local city, county, and state park officials in permits, grants for projects and sustainability and accessibility use. Coordination of funds, machinery, time, and working with local volunteers, clubs, and non-profits.

As the General Manager, I manage a small specialty shop that sells cutlery and fly fishing equipment. We do individual education for both hobbies on care and use. I manage inventory, ordering, and the point of sales system. I manage the budget, customer service, conflict resolution, and special projects. I've developed the overall business strategy, marketing plans, and manage the social media platforms. We've seen increase in sales, foot traffic, and community impact through partnering with local small businesses in fundraising and marketing.

As the Outdoor Recreation Coordinator, I managed the outdoor recreation programs consisting of: kayaking, disc golf, mountain biking, hiking, camping, and facilitated adventure camps for teens and young adults. I oversaw the design, construction, and maintenance of a mountain biking trail geared towards beginner cyclist. This position included leading a team and staffing several different parks, events, classes, and camps. I planned and led outdoor recreation activities in over 60 local county parks as well as to neighboring cities and states for hikes, kayaking, skiing and more.

I managed the bike share programs in the city of Spartanburg. Hub Cycle was an initiative to provide afforadable transportation and alternative healthy activity, funded through a grant and staffed through AmeriCorps. B-Cycle, a program devised by Trek Bikes aimed at alternative urban transportation options. Helped with the coordination, planning, and implementation of the annual criterium held in downtown Spartanburg that brings up to 300 professional cyclists to town during Spring Fling.

I was responsible for customer experience, logistics, scheduling, assets protection, and cash office operations. I led a team of coordinators and associates managing all customer interactions and merchandise processing. I was responsible for company initiatives and programs from credit card sales to employee motivation, as well as internal celebrations.

I worked individual contracts with bike racing teams as their personal mechanic. I traveled to races on the weekend, managed the team tent, and fixed mechanical issues as needed. Most teams I worked for were racing endurance events lasting 12 to 24 hours.

I am a certified bicycle mechanic with additional certs in hydraulic suspension, and I served our high end cliental for their immediate needs. Customer satisfaction was key, and I went above and beyond their requests to over deliver.

As the key team member over weekly signing I led a team in posting and adjusting in store signage as a visual aide to let the customers know of price adjustments. This included changing end caps to display on sale merchandise to be more conveniently accessible to customers. I was also certified in all logistics operations at the store level.
