Primary responsibility for development of content strategy and customer experience.* Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities* Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by analytics and direct customer engagement.* Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.* Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.*Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.

Reporting to SVP of Hospitality, with responsibility to both the CMO and BOD, managed a team of Product Managers, Specialists, Project Managers, Development and QA Managers in order to deliver and implement one of a kind solution in the digital space. Primary responsibility for the Digita Roadmap. Key Achievements:* One of 4 Track Leads responsible for the execution of executive direction to renew and revitalize the digital platform used to sell hotel and entertainment products for all hotels in the Caesars Entertainment family of casinos. This project represents one of the most aggressive attempts by any company in the hospitality or entertainment industries to develop an internal platform to support customers’ ability to purchase multiple products directly from one system without redirecting or using non internal UI. * Directed the team in development of mobile technologies including the companies’ flagship Total Rewards app, as well as property and market specific mobile apps to create and foster robust customer engagement. App downloads in excess of 1M with quantifiable increases in customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue per guest.* Oversaw the implementation of solutions under the “Smart Service” portfolio, including Self Check In, Bluetooth Mobile Keys, Food and Beverage Line Busting, Mobile POS and drink ordering, Quick Service F&B Kiosks, and Digital Concierge solutions that increased efficiency, decreased labor costs, collected greater customer information, and increased revenue.* Working with SVPs, the Board of Directors, and various corporate stakeholders prioritized and developed action plans to implement a less gaming focused CRM environment and to create and make operational a less direct mail based customer communication strategy. .* Managed both the department’s budget and the project budget in excess of $15M per year. Within 1 fiscal year delivered more products with fewer resources than in any previous year.

* Responsible for management of the Product Management department. * Provided direction for Product Managers and Business Analysts in development of functional and technical requirements that drive development, quality assurance, DBA, and engineering projects. * Responsible for creation of Product Roadmap based on driving prioritization among executive teams and boards of directors across multiple businesses and enterprises.

* Managed functional and technical systems experts in Project Management, Network Systems, Database Implementation and Administration, and Software Implementation. * Software solutions managed included Property Management, Central Reservations, and Central Information System software, and Interfaces to these systems. * Managed day to day logistical operations and financial management of teams of between 30 and 120 resources. * Managed the client-vendor relationship with Intercontinental Hotels Group in relation to implementation of software systems at over 500 hotels and resorts. * Coordinated with Wynn Las Vegas and MGM Mirage Group for implementation of CRS and PMS systems at their properties. * Reported projections of costs and revenues to the Vice President of the Hotel Casino Division and the President of the company.* Provided systems analysis and software specifications for custom development.

* Drove planning, direction, and focus of key strategic accounts, managing all sales initiatives, property development activities, and analysis and implementation of technology solutions. * Performed full lifecycle project management throughout internal development efforts, coordinating and supervising cross-functional teams including analysts, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment of development activities with customer needs. * Oversaw communication between internal development/support teams and client operational/technical staffs throughout all project phases, from requirements gathering and needs analysis to development of technical specifications and design documents.* Managed relationships with wide range of vendors, while providing ongoing support on critical and elevated issues, promptly identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues on software, process, and data levels. * Produced and delivered reports to all levels of management, while chairing meetings to communicate project progress.

* Provided executive support to HR Director, managing interviewing and recruitment, supervision, career development, and performance evaluation of recruitment staff. * Prepared and delivered training, communicated roles and responsibilities, and educated new hires on corporate objectives and strategy. * Participated in internal implementation of SAP HR/ERP software solutions, streamlining department-wide operations.
