I oversaw subcontractors on site. I ensured that the work was put in place according to the plans and specs while completing within the specified schedule. -Superintendent over the landscape (3+ Million contract value) on CDC Building 24 Job. I also estimated and tracked all concrete quantities and costs. Helped the engineering staff catch problems before they occurred in the field; developing RFI's when necessary. Made sure all work was coordinated with the CDC and other contractors.-Superintendent at Wheeler County Correctional Facility. I was the last on-site representative for Turner while Turner was working with the company to win repeat work. I completed the punch list as well as nearly $1 million worth of change orders.
