I've had the opportunity to project manage and contribute to massive scale projects such as 800+ page process guides for over 4,000 employees, a company-wide Salesforce Enhanced Domains transition, and a complex Release E-learning maintenance system. Each project had a majorly positive effect on the entire organization for compliance and productivity.I am seeking challenging, large-scale asks for instructional and organizational solutions for me to fulfill or solve. I love creating and managing content bases and channels to help everyone find accurate answers more quickly.
