I worked with customers to develop solutions to help facilitate growth for their business. Responsible for customer acquisition, retention, product demonstrations, program implementation, customer training and contract renewals.

In this role, I was responsible for driving customer usage and satisfaction in the early stages of the business relationship. I assessed business needs, made recommendations and provided support for new users of Hoover's products, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly goals.

As a customer support professional for Hoover's I maintained ongoing dialogue with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve technical and user-based issues. My goal was to ensure that all customers fully understood product capabilities in order to get the most out of their subscription. I consistently exceeded monthly lead goalds for creating upgrade opportunities.
