If no one in the office has any idea what xyz is, the default response is usually “I have no idea, ask Will”. Building and maintaining relationships is also really important to Will. He will exhaust his means to help a teammate or friend in need and everyone will be better for it. If it is deadline day and you are pulling your hair out or if there is a customer emergency in the middle of the night you are very likely to get a quiet chat message from Will asking “how can I help?”.
