Leading a team of Community Builders, I oversee the implementation and execution of programs designed to engage and mobilise volunteers at scale.Working collaboratively with those overseeing Corporate Volunteer Programs, I engage their staff at an individual level and report back to the managers of the program based on their requirements.These programs have included:- Pathway to Employment Mentoring Program: Coordinating corporate volunteers to mentor late year university students, providing support materials and ongoing communicqtion with all stakeholders.- Wellbeing At Work: Coordinating the design of an informative campaign to promote wellbeing in the workplace. Coordinating multiple stakeholders to provide free informative workshops with Not-for-Profits such as Lifeline, Black Dog Institute, Headspace and Linkmate.- Volunteer Events: Running and facilitating a series of events designed to engage individuals and empower them to begin volunteering and using their skills to create social impact.
