Current- Currently serving as a casual strength & conditioning coach at Sydney West High Performance. In this role, I am required to design, and deliver strength and conditioning sessions within a gym or field based.

- On-field movement (Speed/Max Velocity/Agility/COD Development)
- Energy System Development Sessions (on-field & off-feet)
