My role within Wessex Fleet and Xcite Car Leasing as Marketing Manager is to manage and maintain all forms of Marketing for the business including Wed Developments and Project Management, SEO, PPC and Pricing and content. Managing a team of 4, I ensure that my team stayed focus on the following projects:- Vehicle Lease Pricing - Dealer Relationships - Email Marketing - Social Media Presence - Website Content I directly look after the advertising budgets and what we spend with Google AdWords and Facebook Ads Manager while looking at the report functions of both Analytics and Pixel to ensure spend and traffic are what we are expecting and showing a return on investment while also managing the future projects for web development as we continue to push the business further. I also look after supplier relations with some finance houses and dealer groups to ensure when new potential customers land on our website and choose to use us we can offer them the very best discounts and prices.

Working for Wessex Fleet Solutions allowed me to develop my skills in Account Management with large accounts all over the UK while also running a very busy rental department. The connections and friends I made there will always remind of the great time I had there.My roll was simple, keep customers happy and develop the department, I did this by working in partnership with some of the largest hire companies in the UK and ensuring that the service levels of both our partners and Wessex Fleet Solutions were of the highest standard when it came to Rental.I managed the development of the Rental Department by successfully negotiating rates with our biggest suppliers, including, Thrifty, Enterprise, Europcar and Avis and ensuing the best possible service from all companies so that my client base would be able to take full advantage.Another key factor to the growth of the department was the implantation of a new rental system, which I worked on along with the company Epyx to successfully set their 1 Link Hire Network up to allow far more ease when it came to rental transactions and customer service.
