I have worked in higher education administration for more than seventeen years and currently serve as Assistant Director for a rapidly growing School of Information Science at the University of Kentucky. I have an earned masters degree in library and information science and an EdD in education leadership. My professional background includes customer service, IT systems, marketing, management, student advising, enrollment management, program assessment, accreditation requirements, program development, and program administration. I also have more than ten years of experience managing and developing online programs at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
