I advise corporate, charitable and private clients in relation to Jersey, BVI and Cayman trust matters, including the creation, on-going management, and termination of fixed interest, discretionary, and purpose trusts (including VISTA and STAR trusts) and Jersey foundations. Among other things I am responsible for drafting the full range of trust instruments and supplementary documents, such as deeds and resolutions which appoint and retire trustees, create and alter beneficial entitlements, release powers, appropriate assets, and add and exclude beneficiaries.
