Accelerated the installation of wire harnesses into the X-59, an experimental low boom flight demonstrator aircraft, by digitally routing them through the aircraft in CAD, then packaged the printed route with harnesses for easy install. Reviewed and redlined engineering drawings coming from design engineers sent to the machine shop to increase quality turnout significantly. Tested, troubleshot, and proposed innovative solutions to successfully bring the X-59 to a power-on ready state. Supported new business fund project as lead metrology engineer to bridge the gap between man-tech, quality, management, and capital for a site wide implementation of new scanning technology. Designed a systematic approach to rapidly identifying material and parts needed for installation on the X-59; increasing throughput by 50%.
