Additionally, I led the UX team for Banco Carrefour's new digital account, spearheading the development of a comprehensive account experience, including features, payment solutions, and the implementation of Pix.In 2023, I worked as a Product Designer Lead within the retention team at the Bank. I led two design teams: one focused on the Parcele product, where we developed solutions for customers interested in splitting their credit card bill, and the other focused on the Acordo product, aimed at assisting delinquent customers in settling their debts.
