My life’s work is studying the science of human potential and relationship in the domain of the workplace. I’m fascinated by the field of human experience defined as leadership. For over a decade, I have led high performing teams in both the military and corporate sectors. I have worked individually with C-level executives, professional athletes, government leaders and non-profit founders to help them discover a deeper meaning in their work and in their relationships. My work has led organizations to experience explosive growth, increased employee engagement and maximum productivity. More importantly to me, it has allowed me to study how the relationship to self and others contributes to the flourishing of both the individual and the collective. After my military service in the United States Air Force, I built a nationally recognized top performing organization with a Fortune 100 Financial Services Company breaking a company record for promotion to Executive Partner in 18 months. In pursuit of my calling, I decided to leave the financial services industry to found Campfire Culture and expand the ability to help build thriving individuals and teams both inside my former industry and out. I am driven to dynamically explore people’s depths and connect them to the magic of their makeup so that they experience the abundant life of using their unique gifts, skills and talents in service of a larger purpose.
