On a mission to establish a best of breed delivery capability for the newly formed Microsoft System Integration Practice of Mazars, focused on implementing solutions on the suite of Microsoft Business Applications with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 and the entire Microsoft Power Platform.

I focused on expanding Cloud Services practice and guided Applied Engineering Services practice. I reduced operations costs by $800K annually through integration of six practices, including over 130 professionals. Also, I evaluated existing operations to refine processes, increase efficiency, and reduce waste and expense, and promote engagement and morale among team members, such as planning and executing team events to promote satisfaction and engagement. I have partnered with sales and delivery to develop collateral, improve estimate accuracy and develop capabilities and offerings for Microsoft Power platform, and I direct practices focused on D365 Ground to Cloud, D365 F&O/CE, BI&A, AppDev, Cloud Services, and Applied Engineering Services. I also led negotiations for office lease. I was recruited by the CEO to establish a Cloud Services practice. Team structure included project managers, business analysts, solution architects, technical architects, software developers, and quality assurance engineers. To accomplish this, I partnered with sales, presales, and marketing to develop Cloud solution offerings. Furthermore, I refined management outcomes reporting to measure KPIs for global consulting business, and I also conducted recruitment, selection, performance management, and appraisals and salary actions. Four of my accomplishments in this role include: • Revamping processes between sales and delivery times to improve project estimate accuracy.• Aligning several teams into one single DevOps platform, driving increased efficiency and profitability.• Establishing team-focused culture with highest employee retention in division.• Migrating onsite datacenter to remote private and public cloud platforms.

As Practice Manager, I directed software development team of 50 and held responsibility for profit and loss. Steered customer engagement, establishing and cultivating partnerships, recruited team members, and managed resource utilization.

In this role, I consulted with Fortune 500 company to design, architect, build, and deploy multiple software solutions. I guided customer development teams through Agile software development and partnered with clients to identify functional requirements and user stories for new software. I cultivated a reputation as a trusted client advisor and was provided with access to secure production servers and led the technical role on modernization and application rationalization projects. In addition, I:• Built and deployed software solution for aerospace client that generated $1M in revenue.• Was selected by client to lead non-advocate review of competitor’s architecture and delivery operations on $50M project.• Drove 500% performance increase through re-architecture of existing production software for automotive client.
