Collaboration with the Treasurer to assist achievement of objectives, maintain the Society’s financial records in accordance with prescribed accounting requirements, attend the compulsory C&S auditing workshop, ensure documents are all organised (receipts, invoices, cheques, payments and income) and prepare the society’s financial records for bi-annual audits, advise on the budgetary constraints applicable to each society initiative and event and finally liaise with the Clubs and Societies office on any prescribed financial requirements.

Involves working with VP Professional and Director of Sponsorship in organising and assisting the key professional events run throughout the year, attending various meetings to help negotiate contracts with potential sponsors, promoting professional events through event write-ups and promotional material, corresponding with industry partners to ensure the success of career development-orientated events, and finally provide support to the Publications Team in preparing the Careers Guide.
