Responsible for delivering multiple concurrent projects from conceptualisation to handover.• Delivered projects consistently within the triple constraints of Time, Cost and Scope. Coordinating with teams internally and the client in order to successfully handover the product within the agreed time and cost.• Managed the allocation of resources for a number of projects. Resources were often in short supply due to the size of the company, so careful thought had to be given to how they could be used efficiently. Collaborating closely with a number of teams, I developed simple strategies to prioritise resource allocation effectively, allowing the projects to progress on schedule and helping to foster a culture of efficiency and collaboration.• Led the development of new business processes where current ones proved inadequate, and were causing the company to fail to meet our SLA with a key client. This was done by mapping the existing process and identifying wastage, then proposing a new approach and gaining the approval of key internal stakeholders. The result was a leaner process that increased the efficiency of the business, allowing us to deliver a product consistently two to three days under our agreed SLA.• Utilised MS Excel and Visual Basic to create dynamic graphic visualisation of project performance data. This meant a key client could monitor the progress of projects in near real time where in the past they relied solely on a weekly meeting, resulting in greater stakeholder confidence and support.• Negotiated a multilevel internal SLA with multiple departments within the business. This fed into the creation of KPIs and supported the continuous improvement of the company as a whole, leading to higher output across all departments.
