Currently responsible for new development in the Online Banking System. Specifically, I designed the data repository and application logic involved with creating and triggering customer defined account alerts that are delivered across several delivery channels including: email, SMS, push, and the Online Banking Desktop. Design specifics include Integration with a FIServe front end Customer Portal with CICS/VSAM/DB2 middleware as well as Mobile Banking. System went live in October 2016.I designed the Account Alert Subsystem within online banking to be easily expanded to other facilities within the organization. Future utilization of the system includes the ability to generate alerts within the Data Processing organization for notification requirements for Upper Management.

Regions Operations Center, Riverchase

Contractor working on Internet Banking Applications at Regions Bank Operations Center in Riverchase, AL. Developed online account alert capabilities for Region's Online Banking Customers. Created software that allows Region's users to maintain and activate account alerts which are used to inform the customer of occurances within their online banking accounts such as nearing their credit limit, payment due dates approaching, transaction amount thresholds, etc.
