• I ran 2 stores as a General Manager at Best buy. First Croydon, then I Opened the company’s flagship 40,000 Square Foot Store in Hayes. Responsible for recruiting & training a team of 100 staff to deliver world class.

Retail start up team: I was one of the first leaders to join the UK business. My role was to be the retail advisor in a number of work streams including store design, leadership training design, recruitment of key store & head office roles, design of the commercial proposition, delivery of the service proposition & creation of store SOP’s.New Store Opening.

• Developed 24 branch managers to fully own the commercial & HR aspects of their business. Being part of a trial group of London regions that successfully piloted the replacement of individual commission with an NPS.
