Artificial Intelligence Data Centre - nearing completionWe are leveraging high-level technical expertise to build a large 8000 square foot Artificial Intelligence Data Centre (12,000 AI GPU's) which is located in Bucharest next to a high tension power connection and is in a government incentivised area which means we make a saving on our electricity costs of around 40-60%.Since March 2020 we have gained an official partnership with Microsoft and have a contract with Optoelectronica to lease 500 GPUs to goverment entities which is worth €4.2m over 4 years. Based in the UK, I worked as a Senior Recruitment consultant for the EMEA region with PSR Recruitment. I was responsible for sourcing and working closely with new clients to find out exactly what they are looking for. Once I gained a very clear understanding, I then ran recruitment/search campaigns Worldwide in order to source the candidates required for a variety of high level positions.

I started off as a telesales agent, due to my extraordinary sales record and consistancy I was approached to become a Team Leader to help mentor and manage 50/100 people.I very quickly proved myself. I enjoy a challenge so I took the under achievers under my wing who were missing their sales targets. After monitoring / advising them for a short period, they would often go on to consistantly win monthly sales awards (just like I did). After a while I really missed the buzz of making my own sales / commission and decided to pursue a career in IT recruitment.
