As Influencer Marketing Lead I am responsible for setting up and expanding the innovative Influencer Marketing proposition within Team5pm. With our in-house developed service 'Influencer Intelligence' we enable brands to create campaigns based on data-insights instead of gut feeling. The service includes various components: from data-driven influencer selection and campaign management, to developing multi-year, sustainable influencer marketing strategies with the aim of creating brand ambassadors.

Penguin Pictures is a media production and concept development company that focuses on innovative developments within the media sector.Recent clients are: RTL Nederland, DenkProducties, Dutch Design Week, Efteling, Rocket Stories and Conradi Concepts.

As channel & content coordinator I was responsible for the realisation of projects of the owned premium channel of RTL MCN: Concentrate Velvet. This included editorial coordination during the pre-production process, visual design for the owned channels, the management of projects towards producers and hosts and the development of content for Concentrate Velvet both on YouTube and other social platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.The MCN department (location Amsterdam) aims to manage the YouTube channels of RTL and their partners. RTL MCN excels in its owned premium channels (including Concentrate, Concentrate Velvet and Concentrate Bold) on which different formats are uploaded every week.

I was jointly responsible for the realization of projects of the owned premium channels of RTL MCN (Ferzuz, Katwalk), visual design of partners, the management of projects towards producers and the creation of content/concepts regarding the premium channels (both in terms of content and other key chosen platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, etc)

Within RTL MCN it was my responsibility to assist with editorial and production tasks regarding the creation of new concepts. In addition, I conducted an academic research focused on 'Success Factors within YouTube Influencer Marketing'.

I worked for the NHTV in Breda as a freelance producer for the making-of regarding the NHTV Campus, which is scheduled to open in 2020.

As an intern, I assisted with production tasks within the Media department during the production of the drama series 'Het Mysterie van'. Produced by the Efteling and RTL.

The Efteling Academy is a talent development program in the field of imagineering by Efteling and NHTV & Fontys. The uniqueness of this academy is that both students from NHTV & Fontys and professionals from Efteling participate in the program. This gives students the opportunity to learn from and together with these professionals. Students of various specialties are commissioned by Efteling to conduct research into storytelling and experience.
