In 2007 he started Productivity Partners, a consulting company specialized in organizational transformations driven by digital (Cloud) innovations. He analyzes, designs and implements innovative concepts from different roles in organizations. Willem has in recent years successfully completed assignments as a strategic advisor / consultant and program manager. Above all, he is an architect of solutions.As a person, he is capable to connect the short-term success with a longer term ambition.
