The Future Tech Lead Program helps talented IT professionals make the step up to the position of Tech Lead. The 18 month program consists of a continuous personal development program, IT/tech related challenges and mentoring.

Responsible for the solution architecture of applications of multiple squads within the domain of mortgage orientation and advice. We support applications for customers who want financial advice from the bank, customers who prefer execution only, or applications that help our financial advisors and other employees to support our customers in the best possible way. Both self-built and vendor managed applications are in my portfolio.

Part of data science team that aims to make the organization more data-driven by developing data science use cases, creating a platform for other teams to conduct data science on, and help teams with their data science literacy & maturity.• Build a data science platform on Azure using ARM, Azure Machine Learning, Synapse, AKS, and more. This platform is first and foremost for our team, but we are also building towards a fully functioning and compliant template to give to other teams.

Traineeship offering a program focused on personal and professional development via trainings and business challenges. In these business challenges young professionals have to develop a solution with a self-managed team.

Part of newly created data science team within the Distribution domain that aims to enable and support squads to implement and manage ML models themselves and thereby create more autonomous teams.• Work on use cases from start to finish, i.e. ideation session to deployment, including data collection, feature engineering, stakeholder management, data analysis, and ML model development.

Helping out the International Office of the Radboud University with their International Staff Training Week and other related activities.

I spent 8 months on secondment to the UMC Nijmegen.

Assisting students with their homework assignments concerning calculus and combinatorics.
