In my role at Scribbr, I work in a dynamic customer service position where I advise students on our tools and services and maintain close contact with our editors. I support quality management, improve document formatting, and resolve complaints according to our 100% happiness guarantee.

As chair of the Ethics Subcommittee (ESC) of AIESEC in the Netherlands, I contributed to promoting ethical behaviour within the organisation together with three ESC members. I contributed to raising awareness by, among other things, giving an ethics session at the national conference and preparing a monthly newsletter. In addition, I maintained contact with ‘trustees’ within the AIESEC NL network to ensure a safe environment for members. I also acted as an advisor to the local boards on ethical queries.

As VP Outgoing Global Volunteer (oGV), I was responsible for guiding and supporting the oGV team, as well as developing strategies to increase effectiveness within oGV in Amsterdam. I maintained close contact with my team through weekly meetings and regular one-on-ones to work on their personal development plans. I oversaw the creation and execution of all stages of the customer journey, ensuring quality intercultural experiences by developing international relations and supporting students before, during, and after their exchange. Our team also worked closely with the marketing team to inspire people to embark on intercultural experiences. Lastly, I was part of a wonderful Executive Board, collaborating daily to ensure AIESEC in Amsterdam performed well and had a warm culture.

As B2C Teamlead at AIESEC in Amsterdam, I supported the VP Marketing in leading the team and implementing marketing strategies. I was responsible for coordinating campaigns and creating marketing stunts to inspire students to take part in intercultural exchange experiences.

During my Copy & Content internship at Green Food Lab, a food consultancy and communications agency, I gained experience with various content and marketing tasks. I was responsible for writing articles, social media community management, and thinking about campaigns. I also assisted in selecting and approaching influencers. In this role, I learned how to use the right message and timing to inspire a large audience to eat plant-based food more often.
