I am an experienced leader of Tech and Support teams - I strive to develop and nurture my team member's skills, through training and coaching, always looking to enable others to take on new and challenging responsibilities. I’m a keen believer in transparent communication and developing trust within teams. Troubleshooting complex problems and collaborating on innovative solutions is my passion. With responsibility for security within an ever-changing threat landscape, implementing new security controls and processes without slowing down our adoption of new technologies is paramount to everything we do. With a focus on efficiency, I look to introduce automation where suitable, particularly through DevOps so that we can focus on delivering a quality service to our customers. My passion has always been to research and learn how to make the most of new and exciting technologies. I will always advocate for using emerging technologies that help realise the company’s strategies. At Claromentis, I work closely with our key decision-makers to make sure we:◦ Have a clear vision of existing and future technology and how to utilise it within the organisation to meet our business objectives.◦ Bridge the gap between business objectives and technical complexities.◦ Utilise class-leading SaaS, IaaS and PaaS to deploy our application and run the technical services that support Claromentis as a platform both in the Cloud and On Premise.◦ Automate key processes to ensure what we offer is scalable and consistent.◦ Architect projects to always follow best practices regarding security and regulatory requirements.◦ Introduced and led Claromentis to it’s first ISO 27001 certification (maintained for over 3 years now), including the Security Policies, Procedures and Technical Controls required to achieve this. Co-created the ISO 27001 & HIPAA compliance system, in a Security Official role.
