An Experimental Scientist in Physics and Electrical Engineering with numerous teaching and safety training certificates, I have supervised PhD and RHD students to completion, given over 30 invited talks and presentations and have over 30 publications in scientific journals. Embracing over 10 years’ worth of experience in laboratories (including cleanroom expertise) at University and in Industry. I have extensive knowledge of semiconductor device fabrication including silicon, diamond and group III-V semiconductors and in conducting electronic transport measurements using low-noise equipment. Wide-ranging know how of material fabrication and characterisation, including microscopy, optical analysis, Raman and FT-IR spectroscopy, silicon CMOS processing, electron beam and photo-lithography, dry and wet etching, etc. I am a global citizen but down-to-earth team player with strong communication skills and excel at design of process flows and reporting. Adept in writing for international grants and international scientific journals.
Listed skills include Physics, Nanofabrication, Characterization, Nanotechnology, and 46 others.
