Further elaborated the foundation's strategic mission with regard to investment matchmaking. Oversaw the SIF operations on our partnership with two banks that led to two SIF-branded investment funds that were launched in close collaboration with my team. Developed and launched our in house investment matchmaking to enable data collection of fundraising ventures to be matched to the investment thesis of our investor members.

In the face of the pandemic, I brought together the SIF investment community online by partnering with EuroQuity Bpifrance (the French Public Investment Bank) to setup a monthly e-Pitch programme featuring high potential solution providers from our network to pitch in front of an investor audience.By hiring 1 FTE I developed the portfolio of investor-related activities to a 2-person team (and later a 5-person team) dedicated to engage & service our investment community. Setup a team structure, objectives and KPIs per team member, conducted regular reviews and reporting of team activities.Developed partnerships with two banks to launch Solar Impulse branded impact funds geared towards supporting the growth of companies who's solutions have been labelled by the Solar Impulse Foundation
