I am Managing Director and Co-founder of Constructex, a company that specialises in the inspection, assessment, maintenance, and repair of maritime structures. I am a Chartered Civil Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers. I am also current Vice Chair of PIANC UK committee. I have a Masters in Civil Engineering from Imperial College.My core technical competencies include maritime structures, structural assessment, structural health monitoring and project management. I have successfully delivered multiple maritime civil engineering projects involving commercial diving, painting, concrete repairs, steel repairs, and assessment/appraisal for clients in various sectors and locations. I am also an experienced company director with approximately 10 years of experience operating in this capacity. I have a strong commercial background with good working knowledge of typical standard form UK construction contracts (NEC4, JCT etc.).I have mentored and developed staff with commercial and technical functions.In keeping with my maritime specialism, I am a qualified commercial diver (surface supplied) and have an Advanced Powerboat qualification.
