CurrentAs a Finance and Performance consultant I help clients overcome the volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity of business by undertaking Finance Transformations that augment the power of their workforce through implementation of best in class processes, systems, and technologies that deliver measurable improvements to performance. Alongside some of the sharpest minds in business, I lead clients through the crafting of their business case; alignment on a shared vision; gathering of requirements, and ultimately the design and build of their future state enabled by a sound agile approach and robust change management. During my tenure I've lead clients in the Financial Services, Healthcare, and Technology industries (with minimal battle scars and a lot of lessons learned).
