As a Tech Leader, my responsibilities include a wide range of strategic and operational tasks that contribute to the growth and efficiency of our team and the company as a whole.Roadmap Management: I lead the development and execution of our team's roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and milestones.Sprint Planning: I collaborate with the team to define sprint goals, allocate resources, and set priorities, enabling us to consistently deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.Daily Team Engagement: I maintain open and transparent communication channels with my team, fostering collaboration, providing guidance, and resolving any challenges that arise during project execution.Weekly Meetings with CTO: I engage in regular discussions with the Chief Technology Officer to align our team's initiatives with the company's long-term technical vision and address any cross-functional dependencies.Prioritization Meetings: I actively participate in meetings with C-level executives and managers to prioritize projects and initiatives based on strategic importance, resource availability, and potential impact on key business objectives.Integration Meetings with Partners: Collaborating closely with external partners to ensure seamless integration, driving successful collaborations.New Features Architecture Design: I lead the architectural design process for new features, leveraging my expertise in software engineering to ensure scalable, robust, and efficient solutions.Advanced and Complex Features Development: I actively contribute to the development of advanced and complex features, leveraging my technical skills and knowledge to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs.System Monitoring: I'm constantly monitoring our systems, ensuring their stability, reliability, and security in alignment with industry best practices.

Involved on the whole life-cycle of creating a system that scales to hundreds of thousands users. To achieve that goal we are developing an event-based serverless architecture decoupled into microservices.

At Mimoo I work as a cloud developer, using mostly Serverless framework with the AWS as the provider. In the AWS ecosystem I had the opportunity to work with: Lambdas, SNS, SQS, SES, API Gateway, Route 53, S3, EC2, Cloud Front, Cloud Formation, DynamoDB, ECR, ECS, Aurora with Postgres Engine, IAM policies and roles, Cloud Watch, and Cognito.

Here at Lognex we are developing a microservices architecture taking advantage of the following technologies: React.JS, HTML, CSS, SASS, Node.JS, Python, GO, MongoDB, Postgres, Docker and VS Coce. I am in charge of the development of new features, using basically: GO, Node.JS, React.JS and MongoDB.

Development of an ERP system on language Delphi and SQL database. I had the opportunity of working in different areas of the system, such as commercial, stock, accounting, finances and purchases. That experience allowed me to understand the main routines of these areas.
