About Will Saunders

I am a healthcare entrepreneur with a passion for creating innovative solutions that improve the quality of life and care for seniors with complex conditions. I have over 25 years of experience as a founder and CEO of two companies that have helped to transform the care seniors receive in the US.Currently, I lead At Home Harmony, a company that delivers an integrated care model comprised of a collaborative team of physicians, advanced practitioners, pharmacists, nurses, care aides, and social workers. The model includes the latest in-home technology and a specialized pharmacy built to help seniors manage complex medication regimens. At Home Harmony is committed to enabling seniors to age safely in the home, and to reducing the costs and risks of post acute care. Previously, I founded and exited AllyAlign Health, a company that launched, owned, and operated Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plans for the frail and elderly in nursing homes. I scaled the company to 22+ plans across the US, and exited to a multi-billion dollar investment fund in a nine-figure transaction. My mission is to transform the aging-at-home experience for older adults everywhere, and to make a positive impact on their health, well-being, and dignity.
