"NSH" was a formative experience for me during my time at Northwestern. As COO I oversaw the operations of 7 student-run businesses with cumulative annual revenues exceeding $500k. As the business and risk of NSH grew it became necessary to spin out of the university and start an independent 501(c)(3). I oversaw the beginnings of our restructuring process via competitive research of student-run businesses, venture capital and growth equity firms across the country to inform the ideal future organizational structure. Today, "Student Holdings" stands as its own independent 501(c)(3) organization continues to provide Northwestern undergraduate students to with real-world entrepreneurial experiences.
