I am a young professional with a passion for leading, educating, and communicating effectively. I am always looking for the opportunity to create value for an organization through the application of exceptional organizational and analytical skills, a strong work ethic, huge desire to serve, and an eagerness to learn and adapt. I am constantly motivated by the desire to serve my wife and daughter through my work. Friends, family, coworkers, and supervisors will swear by me when it comes to getting a job done thoroughly and precisely. And when a mistake is made, I am the first to admit my fault. At heart, I'm still a little kid. The Minnesota Twins were my first love and still hold a dear place in my heart. I love running around the back yard with my brothers, pretending that we're in the NBA Finals. And most importantly, I relish coming home from work to play with my children and enter into their childlike joy. I'm always ready for a new challenge. I've taken on and succeeded in roles in diverse industries, all with the motivation to serve the person in front of me and learn something along the way that will help me become a better human being. I've shown that I can stay calm under pressure and amidst tense competition. In my high school athletics days, I competed in six State Tournaments, while captaining these teams on four different occasions. At the University of St. Thomas, I earned the David Renelt award from the economics department for being one who witnesses to "high intellectual curiosity, ethical principles, spiritual devotion, and displays congeniality."At the end of my life, however, my goal is not to be remembered by any accolade I may put on a shelf to collect dust. Rather, my hope is that I am remembered for always treating those who were put in my path with respect, dignity, and love; and for never compromising the truth in anything.
