Manage multi-million-pound A&P budget. • Commercial Strategy and Execution: Responsible for the 5yr company strategy, category vision, commercial and digital strategy across multiples brands, categories and channels. • Branded: Responsible for B2C and B2B portfolio. Full P&L accountability and oversee portfolio/mix management and NPD. • Customer & Channel Development (CCD): Manage team responsible for grocery, impulse and foodservice category, channel strategy, trade PR, shopper and commercial customer development. • NPD: Define NPD [branded and PL] pipeline, accountable from concept to commercial execution across all channels.

Head up ecommerce and online marketing for a group of businesses including student gap travel, education and ski school tours, with a turnover of c£40m. Responsible for group and brand specific marketing strategy, budget and team management.Primary objective is to spearhead digital marketing initiatives to improve online visibility, ecommerce, multi-channel acquisition and drive core online marketing best practice and return on investment.Key responsibilities include:• Strategy: Responsible for setting the strategic direction of each individual brand• Ecommerce: Driving incremental revenue through online across a range of transactional websites and booking platforms • Digital Marketing: Improving online visibility through effective and creative social media and SEM, including SEO, PPC and affiliate marketing• Web Development: Oversee the migration of sites onto a single web platform, built to provide a manageable, scalable and complimentary model for web development, e-commerce, optimization and content marketing across the group. Responsible for all development, testing, optimization and UX (User Experience) to increase site conversion and ecommerce revenue.
