Before counseling, he worked at churches, nonprofits, coffee shops, lawn care, summer camps and roller skating rinks. Will has used his clinical training outside of the counseling room in church operations and HR, with small groups using such curricula as Mending the Soul and Hold Me Tight Marriage Enrichment. He has also used it to train volunteers in small group leadership and sustaining emotional and spiritual health.Outside of work Will and his wife are busy raising three spirited boys, gradually updating a house, and aspiring to enjoy as much of the Pacific Northwest outdoors as possible.
