Real Estate has always been a fascinating industry to me, and something I had very much wanted to be a part of. Previously, I managed apartment/condo complexes for ten years before transitioning into home inspections. Then I moved into the foreclose/REO markets. While I found all of these areas interesting and challenging, and I gained valuable knowledge and experience, they were lacking in the more human, personal side that real estate sales has to offer. I tend to view real estate differently. I want to help people find a home they can raise their families in and can see themselves enjoying for years to come. I want to form a partnership with my clients that will truly enable me to understand their individual wants and needs. Whether they are buying or selling, it is important to me to nurture a long term relationship that is based on trust and a thorough understanding of the market.My whole focus is to help my clients achieve their real estate goals in a way that is mindful of their unique situation, whether they are buying or selling.
