Also known as “the BowTie Guy!” The bow tie is a metaphor for life. It's the knot in the bow tie that transforms an ordinary piece of material into a beautiful bow tie. It's the same in life. The "knots" we experience (Obstacles, Challenges, Setbacks, etc.) transform an ordinary life into an extraordinary one. Being raised in a small town in a financially challenged family taught me the value of hard work at an early age. My first “job” was that of a paperboy, delivering, collecting monies and growing my client base. I then graduated into hospitality as a plate scraper during the big holiday buffets at the only local hotel. And then on to get my college degree in hospitality management where I spent the next 10 years running restaurants, bars and night clubs. I loved the hospitality industry but needed to look for a career that was more conducive to raising a growing family. And that’s where my sales career started, where I’ve spent the last 25 years, primarily in leadership roles. People describe me as an always positive, high-energy leader that is gifted in developing high-performing organizations and scaling fast-growing startup businesses. I bring a unique blend of leadership, strategic insight, and passion to every role.
