After years as a client of this firm I became part of it. I had been a business owner client and sold my businesses in 1996. Following months of reflection and research as to what might be the next chapter of my professional life, I made the best move imaginable. Being the director of development was an excellent opportunity to grow. It was the opportunity to grow personally learning to effectively interact with a much more diverse group of advisors and their clientele. It was also an opportunity to help shape the future of our firm by selecting, training, and coaching the next generation of advisors.
