The Network Communications team specializes in analyzing, planning, designing, building, securing, and managing enterprise LAN/WAN, Wireless, and VoIP networks. My key functions include: Network Engineering & Operations; Technical Support, Network Security Monitoring, Systems Integration and Project Management.Provides wired, wireless, VoIP, VPN service and support for 25,000+ students and 1700+ employees across multiple campuses. Maintains maximum network availability and security by utilizing a vast array of networking technologies and real time network monitoring and historical reporting data to analyze, diagnose, and resolve network issues. Oversees infrastructure design & delivery services. Meets with stakeholders to develop and implement wired, wireless, and fiber optic network design options for new construction, remodel work, or enhance existing designs. Manages projects and vendors; performs final inspections on all installations and repairs. Ensures costs are controlled and projects are completed on time.
