Led intern recruitment process for generative AI platform built to tell stories - not regurgitate information. Planned and executed a multi-stage recruitment process from over 100 candidates, which included outreach to 60 professional campus organizations; hired and managed a team of 30+ paid ambassadors at 7+ schools.Worked with CEO, CTO, VP of Business, and Head of Data Science daily; presented a budget and go-to-market plan to the company’s leadership team, which was approved and successfully executed.Tracked metrics and adjusted the go-to-market plan week by week; grew from 0 to 200,000+ users since November 1st.

Founded Patience Mobile app to reduce the frustration and time commitment associated with successfully executing a strategic investment. We found that the market was cluttered with overzealous financial influencers making it difficult for novice investors to source valuable, actionable information. Here is more information about my role in the company to date. -Raised Pre-Seed capital.-Designed wireframes for the MVP mobile app.-Managed design team to develop pixel-perfect UI/UX flows. -Recruited and managed a small in-house development team to build and support the Patience mobile app. -Launched the mobile app to the Apple app store. -Established slow-burn, organic marketing strategies. Interviewed past leaders, chapter members, and fellow exec. members to establish a robust annual budget from uncategorized bank statements. Established a uniform dues collection platform, allowing us to solve member challenges around billing to parents, payment plans, and proper invoice notifications. Collected and managed over $185,000 of dues from all members; paid off $35,000 of National Fraternity Debt; negotiated down $70,000 of house debt by finding mutual benefit and rapport with the landlord.Budgeted for weekly themed gatherings, five distinct $10,000+ quarterly parties, a week-long philanthropy event that raised over $20,000 for Greeks 4 Kids, and multiple trips, including a 120-person international trip for our members.

Worked closely with the leadership team of Blue Chip, which manages high-end vehicles, to identify growth opportunities within each department and equip decision-makers with the proper information to implement revenue-increasing, growth-oriented changes.I was also able to assist with the planning, implementation, and rollout of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), resulting in an increase in operational excellence, accountability, and effective communication across the entire company.On a day-to-day basis, I improved my ability to communicate effectively with department leaders and in smaller teams to facilitate progress on long-term company goals.

I worked on early stage operations for a personal health and finance mobile app. Through this process, I was exposed to the process of management, operations, marketing planning, and legal management.

I worked as a construction worker as my summer job throughout high school. I began as a general laborer and quickly moved up to assist in framing and architectural plans. Despite enjoying the time outside and collaborating with many unique personalities, I quickly learned I wanted to pursue business instead of manual labor.
