Hello! I'm a Senior Communications Manager at McKinsey. I work within the Risk & Resilience practice. Formerly, I worked within Proposal Strategy, helping the Firm convert more new business opportunities. I have an integrated communications background, having worked in major Advertising, PR, CRM and Digital agencies. I've devised strategies for activity that spans from an award-winning experiential VR Garden for Cancer Research, to a TV show for Budweiser at Anomaly, right through to reinvigorating the CRM for O2's loyalty platform, Priority, at LIDA/M&C Saatchi. Career highlights include helping Wunderman Thompson win agency of the year every year I worked there; from new business wins, to hires, to creating internal education programmes. I’ve also founded and run a Strategy department at Edelman (the world's largest PR firm), as well as leading many successful new business pitches across multiple communications disciplines; from the PR for Samsung's 2012 Olympics bid, right through to Land Rover's CRM program and BT’s D&I recruitment.Professionally, my goal is simple; to help create and shape great, forward-thinking strategy.
