Responsibility for sales of more than 40 kt of processed, semi-finished Aluminum products, revenues of more than 100 MEUR leading a team of 10 employees.Task, realising a change of strategy, to most profitable commercialization of total production capacity formerly sold by multiple sales teams being responsible for respective product categories was executed together with reorganization into Key Account structure, entering new markets, growing target customers and optimizing portfolio.

Temporary responsibility for the production centre coil treatment lines with 100 employees working full time.Main tasks were personnel management, overseeing daily business like monitoring line performance KPIs, production plans and trials preparation and steering projects in order to improve process capability and line uptimes.

Responsibility for inventory and delivery performance in a 200 kt p. y. aluminum rolling plant with 6 machine centers leading 45 employees.Ensure on time and in full delivery to customers steering flow of material into the plant and within the plant and making best use of given capacity using proper KPIs. Executing monthly Forecast as well as annual and strategic planning.

Responsibility for Key Accounts General Mortors Europe, VW-Group and a couple of tier suppliers and liability for revenues of 50 MEUR.360° - Service to OEMs including support service when introducing aluminum as BiW material in line production, negotiation of contracts and coordinating cost-down initiatives.

Technical responsibility for Key Account BMW-Group and a couple of tier suppliers.Acquisition of new customers, arranging feasibility studies and weight reduction analysis, qualification of aluminum alloys and surface treatments for BiW-series supplies.

Worldwide sales responsibility mainly for France, Scandinavia, Middle East, Canada and South America leading a sales team with three employees.OTC-responsibility for international customers and providing support to numerous subsidaries and agencies.
