Currently lead a National award winning team of SOCMINT and OSINT operatives within Law Enforcement. A background in working within professional environments, for charities & assisting in rehabilitating young people. I am highly trained and experienced in many areas of Law Enforcement, I have vast experience in Covert operations. I have been responsible for the day to day running and management of covert assets & the oversight and supervision of covert operations. Highly trained and experienced decision maker, particularly in high risk fast paced investigations and environments. I have been responsible for the development of a high performing covert unit using new and innovative ideas using SOCMINT and OSINT, pushing the boundaries of RIPA & IPA. I have overseen the recruitment, procurement and training within numerous teams. I have written and implemented policies and procedures within Law Enforcement to use data driven analysis, tactics and technology which have been adopted nationwide. Written and currently present a SOCMINT and OSINT course for Law Enforcement which is delivered nationally and internationally. I have been responsible for the management, allocation and spend of a considerable project budget. A passionate leader with a focus on wellbeing and performance of my team.
