During the course of my entrepreneurial career, I have launched three businesses dedicated to the oil & gas sector growing them from start-up to multi-million dollar enterprises.•Land Brokerage (d/b/a Iron Will Energy, Inc.): prospected and negotiated land positions for majors and large independents in various lower 48 basins. Negotiated 100’s of miles of pipeline ROWs, and 125,000+ acres of renewable energy development. In addition, acted as the outsourced land department for a publically traded E&P with 150,000+ acres. At its peak, Iron Will Energy employed 60 people and generated annual sales in the multi-millions.•Seismic (d/b/a Front Runner Seismic, Inc.): as founder and managing partner, my firm negotiated land contracts and seismic permits for over 350,000 acres in the Appalachian Basin to accommodate seismic shoots and geomatic surveys.•E&P (d/b/a S.T.L. Resources, LLC): launched and recruited a high caliber Appalachian-focused independent E&P. Acquired land and midstream position in Pennsylvania with drilling inventory and a clear path to sell the gas to market. Continue to analyze additional positions to grow S.T.L.’s asset base. Since 2018 each year we raise capital in designated funds for the drilling and completion of multiple Marcellus horizontal laterals within PA.I was initially the driving force behind the development and culture created at each of these companies but I firmly believe that I will only ever be as successful as the team that believes in the shared vision. I have historically balanced this with a hands-on approach but also knowing where my limits are and trusting my partners who are subject matter experts in their respective fields.
