Over the course of my career, I’ve contributed to the growth and success of industrial service and manufacturing companies in the Western MA area. My results stem from my ability to quickly assess a situation, evaluate viable options and leverage existing resources to achieve a sustainable solution. I seek out practical business development opportunities that make sense for the organization both short- and long-term.Most recently, as CFO, Treasurer and Board member, I played a critical role in helming a company through many difficult times including a leadership crisis. Given the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on many industries, I am ready to meet any challenges that arise in my next role. Highlights of my contributions include:► For an industrial sales and service company, achieved profitability after many years of break-even status. Developed and deployed KPIs to monitor performance, established budgets, automated processes, and created a capital equipment savings account.► Spearheaded initiatives that enabled the company to attain status as certified contractor in MA, as credentialled by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM). This resulted in a new revenue stream from public agency projects for Associated Electro-Mechanics.► Served as a key liaison to support the operations of a Hong Kong trading company, which was instrumental in placing orders in the manufacture of toys.
