Wrote and managed SEO content on addiction recovery, mental health, and holistic healthcare for The Edge and its partner platforms. Oversaw and proofed freelancer content for brand-aligned voice, tone, and proper on-page SEO. Content/copywriting, KW planning via Ahrefs/Semrush, and social media strategy + execution were my main zones. Revamped social strategy alongside the SM manager, wrote all caption and graphic copy, and directed our graphic designer according to the new content strategy. Wrote a wave of articles that ranked #1 or on the first page of Google which helped double traffic (50K to 100K+) within 2.5 months following Google spam updates that had cut the company's traffic in half. Conducted SEO research with Ahrefs and Semrush to find gaps in our content vs. competitors, poach those keywords, and write long-form articles between 1,500 and 3K words. Used a mix of AI, a human touch (E-E-A-T), and thorough on-page SEO for high output without sacrificing quality.Also wrote hundreds of mega menu service pages for two sites (The Edge/The Forge), several BoFU articles to generate qualified local leads, a handful of mental health self-tests, and home page copy for The Forge's site refresh.
