Managed a team of 20 direct reports and an annual budget responsibility of $10M.• Advanced enterprise transformation initiatives and established a Finance Technology Roadmap to drive informed decision-making that led to the implementation of the Oracle Cloud ERP platform and OneStream financial planning application. • Led Financial and Operational planning for UPS across the APAC region. Led strategic transformation initiatives to streamline operations, developed decision support tools that increased profitability, and substantially reduced regional operational costs. Directed the Region Tax Group and implemented the APAC Procurement Group with corporate support. • Led the development of a multi-year strategic plan to improve growth and profitability for UPS China across the Express/Parcel, Freight Forwarding, and Logistics portfolio. Built extensive on-the-ground experience in China while leading a team of 25 cross-functional professionals, including resources from the US and China. • Delivered record levels of profit growth for UPS China, developed go-to-market plans that substantially expanded market share, and successfully expanded into 21 new cities.
