Led recruiting operations for a 50 square mile area that consisted of 40 High schools, 8 Community Colleges, and 6 Universities. Conducted market surveys for assigned areas to identify high recruiting target areas. Led station to a remarkable 153% of assigned goal and 107% processing goal for 36 consecutive months. Overhauled a struggling sales unit from a liability into a consistent producer of quality applicants in less than three months. Trained 5 new recruiters in sales management, Advanced Recruiter qualifications, communications, blueprinting, office and time management, and Local Effective Accession Delivery System (LEADS) production. Managed the Delayed Entry Program, (DEP), for 2 medium sized recruiting stations, providing in depth training to over 80 Future Sailors resulting in a 100% basic training completion rate. Served as a weapons trainer and safety inspector for the command.
